In the year 2020 the American people finally rise up against the Government. To their credit the people win however, the fall out is unprecedented. The American people have now been sent back to Great Depression like times( living out of boxes Ect.) . Without the government being the ruling authority of the land, Organized crime fills those shoes. However, this is not the only change, all of America has migrated towards one part of the country creating one mega city which the mob bosses call "Quad city". The city got its name because each mob boss has a designated area that they rule over. Our Story picks up in 2025 where we follow Billy Badass as he tries to make a better life for himself. Unfortunately the only way he can do so is if he kills the other 3 mob bosses and takes their districts. Will Billy succeed in making a better life for himself or will he die trying.

Chris Blythe returns to his home town in Wales after losing a fortune in Canada. He falls in love with Elen, a volatile and charismatic woman. But Elen's father Billy is a dangerous man. And Chris finds himself torn between love and hate.

“A burned-out group of Brno intellectuals decides to go to Kolochava in Ukraine to perform ‘A Ballad for a Bandit’ there.” With these words, the author's collective presents their film, in which they use primarily documentary imagery to compose a lyrical grotesque about an epochal trip, which might be their goal. But it doesn't have to be. The main tool of expression here is the film’s edit, which places various shots, statements, and meanings next to each other, often in a sort of productive conflict. Just like in a poem, the “poetic function” of art and its ability to serve as the primary tool for expressing beauty is manifested in full force before our very eyes.
